1A2KEY to IP Enterprise Applications
Our industry experience began in the early 90s replacing light bulbs in 1A2Key phone systems - you remember the ones... used in the old 70s cop shows. We also remember the excitement of typing "hello" for the first time across the Web before there was a World Wide Web and way before Y2K.
From these humble beginnings we quickly understood the importance of where new and exciting technologies would lead us. Our staff was involved in some of the first deployments of what we now know as high speed data cable networks and IP PBX installations.
These days our staff is involved in multi-site Hosted IP Telephony applications, commercial cable infrastructure installs, industrial cable and video monitoring just to name a few of the exciting projects in which we are activity involved.

Interesting facts:
Cat.5 or Cat.6 Cable is not the most suitable cable for slower communication methods such as fax and RS232 connections due to the resistance inherent in high twist cable such as Cat.5
Cable Tubing such as with fiber optic or even Cat.5 cable can act as a siphon in hazardous Class 1 Div.2 explosive environments
